About My Path To Grief Coaching
If you have found your way here, chances are you have experienced a loss. It may be the death of a loved one, losing a friend, divorce, or a career shift – grief is the natural reaction to these losses, and processing grief helps us to find great meaning in our sadness.
Through taking an inventory of the grief I have had in my own life, I discovered that my soul’s purpose is to help others find meaning through grief. It is a personal journey but does not have to be walked alone. I want to be there for you as a coach and companion with your grief. Mostly, I want to create a safe place for you to express and explore your sadness.
How I Can Help You Through Grief
Grief is a natural response to significant life changes, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a divorce, or a career shift. My own journey through various losses has revealed to me that my true purpose is to help others find meaning and healing through their grief.
Having navigated my personal path of grief, I understand the profound impact it can have on every aspect of life. My mission is to provide support and guidance as you process your own grief. You don’t have to walk this journey alone – I’m here to be your coach and companion, offering a safe and compassionate space for you to express and explore your emotions.
Let’s start with a complimentary 30-minute session, where you can share your story and begin your healing journey. Together, we can find meaning and resilience through your grief.
