Grief is a challenging and deeply personal experience, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Join us for a 4-week grief support group led by Andrea Lambert, a Certified Life, Health, and Grief Coach. Together, we’ll create a safe space to share, learn, and heal.

Andrea Lambert is a Certified Life, Health, and Grief Coach with years of experience helping individuals navigate the complex emotions of grief and loss. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of the healing process have guided countless clients toward finding peace, purpose, and renewed strength. Andrea combines evidence-based techniques with heartfelt support to create a safe and empowering space for her clients. Through her coaching, she helps individuals not only cope with their grief but also discover meaningful ways to honor their loved ones and move forward with clarity and resilience.
